In order to expand the volunteer movement in Azerbaijan, promoting the development of young people through propaganda of kindness in society, the Baku Transport Agency 3 times in a row performed the program “Volunteers in Transport”.
In the third program, which was implemented in 2021, 400 people filed an application for participation. Compared to previous years, the number of applicants for the program “Volunteers on transport” has doubled.
33 of them were awarded the title “Volunteer in Transport” and awarded. Last year, 10 trainings and presentations were conducted for volunteers, 5 trips were organized. During the reporting period, 22 educational events were held with volunteers. Four volunteers participating in the program received a permanent job in the Baku Transport Agency. Two participants who distinguished themselves were awarded the title “Volunteer of the Year”.
Currently, BTA announced the reception of volunteers in the 4th program “Volunteers on transport”.
