In the territory of Azerbaijan, unstable weather was observed, in the south, in particular in the Lankaran-Astarin region, a shower was held, in some areas a strong northwest wind.
The Bureau of Hydrometeorological Forecasts of the National Hydrometeorology Service for Minecology and Natural Resources reported that as of 11:00 on September 4, 89 millimeters of precipitation fell in Astarinsky district, it was almost half a monthly norm, in Lankaran – 43 millimeters (1/4 month old Norms), in the lip – 11 millimeters, in Altaaggean – seven, Sarybasha (Gakh) – three, in Baku and Sumgaite – to one millimeter.
On the night of September 3-14, in some areas, the speed of the North-West Wind reached 30, in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula – 28 meters per second. The wave height at the Caspian reached 4.6 meters. The maximum air temperature in Baku was 30 degrees of heat.
Meteorologists predict that in the afternoon of September 4, the weather in Azerbaijan gradually stabilizes, most of the areas will be preferably without precipitation.
