As of 11:00 on January 28, starting from the second half of the day on January 27, there are precipitation on the territory of the country, places of wet snow, in the mountainous areas – snow. The amount of precipitation fell in Salyan 9 mm, Sarybash (Gakh), Shabuse – 11.0 mm, Sababad, Jafarhankhan – 4 mm, Lerika, Kishchie (Sheki), Ordubad, Agder (Ordubad) – 3 mm, Nakhchivan, Dashkesan, Geegel, Gobustan , Hussare, Iimishli, Shamakhy, Ismayilla, Agsu, Shabrane – 1 mm, Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula: in Bina – 4 mm, Pirallah – 3 mm, Baku, Mashtage – 1 mm.
The height of the snow cover was 41 cm in Agder (Ordubad), in SARIBASH (GA) – 29 cm, in Shabuse – 15 cm, in Gryze – 13 cm, in Lerika – 7 cm, in Nakhchivan – 6 cm, in Church (Sheki) – 5 cm, in Haltan – 4 cm, in Shamakhi – 2 cm, in Dashkesan – 1 cm
North-Western wind intensified up to 18 m / s in TERERTER and up to 20 m / s in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula. According to the station “Oil stones”, the wave height reached 3.4 meters.
