In one of the restaurants of the Nizami district, Baku carried a wedding, during which the rules of a special quarantine regime were not respected.
As reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in accordance with the law, law enforcement agencies took appropriate measures to the owner of an object serving personnel, organizers and participants in the wedding who violated the rules of sanitary and quarantine regime. Preventive conversations were conducted with them, the importance of compliance with the rules of a special quarantine regime was emphasized.
In total, under Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offers (violation of anti-epidemic, sanitary and hygienic and quarantine regimes), 35 people were attracted to administrative responsibility. At each of the wedding organizers, an administrative penalty in the amount of 400 manat was imposed on the restaurant manager – 4,000 manat. The collected material about the administrator of the restaurant is directed to the Nizami district court.
