“These plans include efforts to destabilize Ukraine from the inside, as well as large-scale military operations,” the Blinken clarified. According to him, it is not yet known whether Russian President Vladimir Putin adopted the decision on the invasion. “But we know that he created the opportunity to do it very quickly, if he decides,” he added.
Secretary of State noted that if Russia continues to go through confrontation against Ukraine, the United States will give a decisive answer, which will include a number of highly efficient economic measures, from which Washington has still abstained.
