What is Hamas looking for in Moscow?

The emissaries of the Palestinian movement of Hamas arrived last night to Moscow, where they intend to hold a series of meetings with Russian officials, reports TASS.

According to information, the delegation included the deputy head of the Politburo Hamas abroad Musa Abu Marzuk and two other representatives of his leadership Fathi Hamad and Husam Badran. It is noted that in negotiations in Moscow they plan to discuss the situation around Jerusalem, the Palestinian dossier in general and relations with Russia.

At the same time, according to Al Mayadeen, their meeting is planned in Moscow with the special representative of the Russian President for the Middle East and African countries, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Bogdanov. The emissaries Hamas intend to consult a State Duma and the Federation Council. Television also informs about their expected meeting with the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov.
