US President Joe Biden spent a constructive conversation with Russian colleague Vladimir Putin. This was reported today by the spokesman for the White House Jen Psaki.
According to her, Washington is configured to normalize relations with Moscow, and the meeting of the leaders of the two countries could help this, reports TASS.
Psaki added that Biden intends to discuss with Putin “Areas of Cooperation.”
