Three persons were arrested, who were scored on June 24 to death of Azerbaijan Sakhavata Mamedov.
As it became known to HAQQIN.AZ, by the decision of the Narimanovsky district court against Kamandara Mamedov (1991), Mais Abiev (1999) and Nurlan Janiev (1989) elected a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of three months.
Currently, law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the criminal case.
According to the report, there was a road dispute between the Mamedov and said persons on the circle on January 20th. After, without calming down, the men began to pursue the cargo car of the automotive federation of Azerbaijan, the driving of which was the Sakhaw Mamedov. Blooding the road, the attackers stopped the car on Ashuga Mall Juma Street. By force forcing Mamedov and other employee of the automotive Federation to get out of the car, three men began to beat them. Mamedov died on the scene of the incident. The attackers escaped, leaving their car at the scene.
The attackers were detained on the same day.
