In the Sabail district court, the submission of the investigative body on the extension of the arrest was considered against the former head of the executive authority of the Imishlinsky district of William Hajiyev, according to APA.
According to the decision taken on the process, chaired by the Judge of Medina Bagirova, William Hajiyev’s arrest was extended for another 3 months.
Recall, in March, a preventive measure in the form of an arrest, selected against V. Gagaiyev, was extended for 3 months. William Gadzhiev was charged under articles 308 (excess of official powers), 179 (assignment) and 331 (receiving a bribe) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
