VI World Nomad Games is planned to be held in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced by the Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Altynbek Maksutov, reports Kabar IA.
According to the head of the department, this issue is currently at the stage of discussion.
World Nomad Games is the most large -scale international project of the Kyrgyz Republic, initiated by the Kyrgyz government in 2012 for the revival and preservation of the culture of nomadic civilization.
In 2014, 2016 and 2018, World Games were held in the village of Baktou -Dolonot and Jaloo Kyryn (Kyrgyzstan), in 2022 – in Iznik (Turkey). In 2024, the games will be held on September 8-14 in Astana (Kazakhstan).
