Today in Baku on the national gymnastic arena, the World Sport Acrobatics Championship started.
At the opening ceremony, the Minister of Youth and Sports was made, President of European Gymnastics Farid Haibov and President of the International Gymnastics Federation Morinari Watanabe.
In total, 170 athletes and athletes from 17 countries participate in the world championship.
Azerbaijan is a male couple Daniel Abbasov – Murad Rafiyev, who became the champion of Europe among young people, as well as two mixed pairs – winners of international tournaments Sabir Agayev and Mehriban Salamov and the winners of the European Championship Agolasif Ragimov and Seidley Rate.
Today, men’s pairs will perform in qualifying with tempo and balance exercises, and mixed pairs are only with the balance sheet.
The first finals will be held tomorrow. World Cup will end on March 13.
