Armenia discusses the agenda of regional cooperation in the format of “3 + 3” with Russia, said the secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan.
“Armenia conducts discussions on this format only with Russia. You know that Russia is actively discussing the” 3 + 3 “format. Armenia presented its approaches, and if we see that there is an understanding of our approaches, we will see the clarity and acceptability of questions , I will start discussing the possible prospects for this format, “said Grigoryan in an interview with Armenian media.
Recall, on the eve of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharov said that Moscow supports the idea of creating an advisory regional mechanism, which is called “3 + 3” by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey. “It’s time to translate these plans into a practical channel. The development of multilateral regional cooperation is in the interests of all alleged participants of this format. In our opinion, it will be promoted to increase confidence in interstate relations, resolving existing contradictions, disclosure of the economic, transport potential of the region,” said Official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
