Yerevan asks Moscow to help establish relations with Turkey

According to him, a number of partners of Armenia, including Russia, expressed their willingness to make a mediator in the question of the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations. The Armenian side appealed to the Kremlin.

“A number of international partners, including Russia, stated that they are ready to promote the process of the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations. And we informed Russia that they are ready to start the process of Armenian-Turkish normalization without prior conditions. When and if a similar process begins, naturally , We will provide information about it, “said Unanyan.

It is noted that after the 44-day Karabakh war, since August of this year, the Armenian Prime Minister and the President of Turkey made several statements that they receive positive messengers on the other side of the border. In September, the President of Turkey even said that Armenian Prime Minister through the Georgian Prime Minister suggested him to meet, but, according to Recep Tayypa Erdogan, so that the meeting took place, Yerevan need to take clear steps towards the “Zangezo Corridor”.
