Armenia, with the mediation of Russia, handed over to Azerbaijan, a package of proposals, which are aimed at de essaying the cross-border situation. This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
“We have developed a package of proposals that were transferred to the Russian side and through the mediation of the Russian Federation also Azerbaijan. These proposals are aimed at decorating the situation on the border,” the Armenian minister noted, reports TASS.
According to Mirzoyan, the new meeting with Azerbaijani colleague is not planned, but the visit of the co-chairs of the Minsk Group to the region is preparing.
