Armenia should positively relate to the peaceful proposal of Azerbaijan, said the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov on a high-level observer day as part of the exercises “Winter-2023” in Kars.
The minister emphasized that the liberated territories are cleaned of mines, the process of their reconstruction and restoration is underway.
“We thank Turkey for support in the training of professional personnel for the Azerbaijani army. We are pleased with Turkey’s success in the defense industry of recent years,” Zakir Hasanov emphasized.
