Azerbaijani Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov will visit Turkey, where, together with his Turkish colleague, Hulushi Akar will monitor the Winter 2023 military exercises, which are held in the Turkish province of Kars.
Note that in the military exercises “Winter-2023”, which will last from January 18 to February 2, military personnel from Azerbaijan and 16 other countries take part.
