The meeting was evaluated by the activities of the military of the troops over the past month, the issues of combat training and moral and psychological state, defense system and its comprehensive support were discussed.
Also at the meeting, appropriate tasks were set before the command and the commanding staff in order to further increase the combat effectiveness of the troops, the importance of increasing the intensity and quality of educational and practical classes conducted in accordance with real combat conditions was especially noted.

Zakir Hasanov gave specific instructions to maintain combat readiness at a constant high level, immediate response to possible provocations against Azerbaijani units.
The Minister of Defense also instructed to keep the issues of studying the individual psychological characteristics of young soldiers to call for urgent actual military service, their adaptation to military service, ensuring the safety of service and health protection.

During the meeting, the activities of the National University of Defense, created to improve management in the field of military education within the framework of the measures carried out to bring the Azerbaijani army in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces of Turkey, were positively evaluated.
