The new round of negotiations with Russia, aimed at completing hostilities, is planned to be held in Turkey on Wednesday. This was the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in a published video message in his telegram channel.
The head of state also said that he had a meeting with the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustema Umrov, during which preparations for the exchange of prisoners and the upcoming negotiation process with the Russian side were discussed.
“We talked about negotiations with Russia, which are planned to be held in Turkey. According to Umarov, the meeting is planned for Wednesday. Additional details will be reported tomorrow,” Zelensky said.

According to him, during the day, “Russian troops dealt a massive blow to Kyiv and a number of other regions of the country.”
Zelensky emphasized the need to strengthen the air defense system and noted that “Russia must stop the war it started.”
“Russia must complete this war, which it itself began. No one, except Russia, needs it,” said the Ukrainian leader.
