President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed new decrees on the introduction of sanctions against persons who help the military -industrial complex, the “shadow fleet” and the energy sector of Russia.
this is stated in the decree of the head of state on the introduction of the decision of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine of September 10, 2025 “On the application of personal special economic measures (sanctions) “.
As the Advisor-the Commissioner of the President of Ukraine on the sanction policy of Vladislav Vlasyuk, was told by the media, the restrictions were introduced against 37 individuals (all citizens of the Russian Federation) and 35 companies (34 Russian and 1 Belarusian).
