Russia is not interested in the end of the war in Ukraine, said President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in the message to the Indonesian analytical center.
According to Zelensky, Russia wants to exhibit ultimatums, and not to conduct real peace negotiations. The President of Ukraine added that he is constantly trying to organize negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. “There are things that need to be discussed with the Russian leader. I am not telling you that our people are eager to talk with him, but we need to accept the reality of what we live,” said Vladimir Zelensky, who is quoted by “Kommersant”.
Zelensky added that Ukraine is going to maintain its independence and territorial integrity. According to him, Russia has not yet shows readiness for “serious peaceful negotiations.”
