Ukraine needs a strategic plan of international support, it will be a modern analogue of the historical “Marshall Plan”, said Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, speaking through a video from the International Donorary Conference in Ukraine in Warsaw.
“The restoration of Ukraine should now become the same historical example for our time and the future as the restoration of European countries after the Second World War … This will be an investment in the stability of all Central and Eastern Europe,” Zelensky Interfax quotes.
According to him, freedom must demonstrate that it protects and provides people better than tyranny. Zelensky indicated that Ukraine now retains full functionality, but needs sufficient financial resources, and in continuous work the state as a manager of these funds will cover the priority defense, social and humanitarian needs.
