“Russia during the week-two will bring troops from the Kiev and Kharkov regions and will transfer them to the Donbass.” This was stated by the adviser to the head of the President of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arrestovich.
According to him, the Russian military understood that it would not be possible to take big cities, so they announced the completion of the first phase of the “special operation” and the beginning of the second – “Donbass Liberation”.
“They now have three tasks: to surround the Ukrainian troops in the OOS zone, completely capture Mariupol and keep the south. If they are lost, the whole Mariupol campaign will be collected. And this is all. Capture of Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa will not be” – said Arrestovich.
