Zhaparov expressed gratitude to the leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, who made a great contribution to strengthening the unity of the two republics. “Today, friendship between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan has reached a new level. Mutual visits are made, which are confirmed by agreements on strengthening and expanding multifaceted cooperation. This is a strategically important project for both countries, ”Zhaparov said.
An agreement on the construction of a plant on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic was reached during the official visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyev to Kyrgyzstan in January 2023.
At the initial stage, the production capacity of the plant will be 10 thousand cars a year, more than 1 thousand permanent jobs will be created.
