Georgia welcomes the assistance of the European Union in establishing peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili, speaking at the IX Global Baku Forum.
According to Zurabishvili, the European Union has the necessary experience in this matter.
“South Caucasus can become an even more important region if the long -term world is established here,” the President of Georgia added.
The President of Georgia also emphasized the importance of the development of relations between the countries of the South Caucasus. “The war in Ukraine once again showed how important it is to work together and support each other,” added Zurabishvili.
