The former Prime Minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi said that only he can put Russian President Vladimir Putin at the negotiating table with Ukraine, reports Spectator with reference to the deputy head of the Ministry of Culture of Italy Vittorio Zgarby.
“Silvio Berlusconi believes that only he can lure his old friend Vladimir Putin at the negotiating table, and intends to do this before Christmas,” the newspaper writes.
According to Zgarby, the ex-prime minister of Italy seriously intends to realize this plan. According to him, Berlusconi is sure that he will succeed and this will allow him to enter the textbooks of history “as a worldwide hero.”
