In the Sabunchinsky District Prosecutor’s Office, a trial was carried out in connection with the detection of traces of violence on the body of children during monitoring, conducted with the participation of various state bodies in the Bakikhanov, a children’s shelter.
According to Haqqin.az in the district prosecutor’s office, the investigation revealed that J.M. (Name and surname Conditions) During his stay in the shelter from February to early May 2022, he was subjected to various kinds of psychological and physical violence, and was also a witness to psychological and physical violence against other children contained in the shelter.
In addition, traces of violence were found on the bodies of two other children, the time of the appearance of which coincides with the period of content in the shelter.
In fact, a criminal case has been instituted in the district prosecutor’s office under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
