The earthquake of magnitude 3.3 occurred in the territory of the Shemkha region, the Republican Center of Seismological Service at the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
According to post, underground shocks are registered at 15:27 local time (11:27 by UTC). The epicenter was located 22 kilometers from the Gobustan station in Shakhinsky district and climbed at a depth of eight kilometers. Underground shocks did not feel.
The second earthquake of magnitude 3 occurred at 16:40 local time, also in Shemakhinsky district, 27 kilometers west of Gobustan station at the depth of six kilometers. The shocks were also not felt.
