Provisional Government of Afghanistan is satisfied with extension of UN mission mandate in country

The Provisional Government of Afghanistan announced that it was satisfied with the extension of the UN mission mandate to promote Afghanistan (Monsia) for another 1 year.

The press secretary of the Taliban administration Zabhulla Mujahid made an application for the press on this issue.

Having stated that Afghanistan needs to improve its diplomatic relations with international organizations, especially with the UN, and the international community, Mujahid noted that Muons can benefit in this regard. “The people of Afghanistan want Mons to fulfill its representative duties, establish a connection between Afghanistan and the world, reflect the development, achievements, safety and stability of Afghanistan in the world, and also established confidence with countries that have reservations,” he said.
