President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to make changes to the disposal of the President of Azerbaijan dated January 25, 2021 No. 2449 “On a number of measures related to the improvement of the socio-living conditions of persons who have established disability in connection with the protection of territorial integrity, independence and the constitutional system Azerbaijan Republic, and families of the Shahids “.
According to the order, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, in agreement with the President of Azerbaijan, will approve and implements a plan for phased support during 2021-2025 by apartments or private houses of persons registered with local executive bodies from January 1, 2014 Upon January 1, 2023, a disability was established as those in need of housing in connection with the protection of territorial integrity, independence, the constitutional system of the Azerbaijan Republic, and the families of the Shahids, as well as persons (families) who have a disability in connection with the liquidation of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (including the performance of military service duties (official duties), regardless of the date of registration.
So, by this order in Part 1 of the Order of the President of Azerbaijan dated January 25, 2021 No. 2449 “On a number of measures related to the improvement of social conditions of persons who have established disability in connection with the protection of territorial integrity, independence and constitutional system of the Azerbaijan Republic , and families of the Schehids “the following changes are made:
-in paragraph 1.1 of the words “2020th” are replaced by the words “2023”;
– in paragraph 1.2, the words “in 2020” are replaced by the words “in 2020-2022”.
The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to resolve issues arising from this order.
