At the meeting of the National Television Council and the Radio Broadcasting of Azerbaijan, the results of the competition for the opening of the educational and scientific and educational broadcasting channel were summed up.
According to HaqQin.az, from June 7 to July 7, 2021 to participate in the competition for the opening of the South Company of the TV channel (with broadcasting in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, the 48th channel for SD broadcasting and the 34th – for HD broadcasts) sent six applicants.
The Council came to the conclusion that none of the participants in the competition had an appropriate capacity to ensure the activities of the general recommended educational and scientific and educational television channel.
