Turkish exports in June exceeded $ 20.9 billion

Turkey exports in June this year amounted to $ 20 billion 901 million.

Turkish Ministry of Trade reported that the country’s export indicators in the monthly calculation have decreased somewhat (by 10.5 percent), which is associated as a decline in the world economy, so festive holidays in Turkey on the occasion of Kurban-Bayrama.

At the same time, the indicators of the supply of Turkish products abroad in June exceeded the average monthly indicators of the first five months of the current year.

Foreign deficiency in June, in June, decreased by 34.5 percent to 5 billion 396 million dollars. The ratio of export to imports approached 80 percent. The deficit of foreign trade in the first six months amounted to $ 61.4 billion.

The share of products with the medium and high indicator of the technological capacity in the export of the country in the first half of the year reached 40.8 percent, while in general in 2022 this indicator was 36.69 percent

In this case, the highest export indicator for individual sectors in annual calculus is recorded.

For example, in June, the export of diesel vehicles increased by 14.8 percent compared to last year, to $ 2.7 billion. At the same time, the export of mechanical equipment increased by 9.9 percent to $ 2.1 billion, electrical exports – by 3.8 percent to $ 1.3 billion.

In general, for the first half of the EU, the exports of Turkey amounted to $ 52 billion, $ 10 billion to Africa, $ 10.6 billion, the near and southeastern and east Asia – $ 20.7 billion.
