As a result of operational-search measures conducted by the Main Directorate for Corruption under the Prosecutor General, the illegal actions of the head of the territorial tax administration No. 8 of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Aidilov Zaur Sephi and the head of the Department of Exit tax inspections of this Office Aliyev were exposed Azhdara Nasib Ogly, who received bribes from citizens.
In connection with this main department, a criminal case was opened under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, Zaur Adilov and Azhdar Aliyev were arrested by a court decision.
