Armenia and Egypt signed number of cooperation agreements

During the visit of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikola Pashinyan, agreements on the development of relations between the two countries were signed to Egypt.

According to the official news agency of Armenia Armenpress, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan met with Egyptian President Abdulfetahu As-Sisi in the capital of Egypt Cairo, where he is on an official visit.

During the meeting, Pashinyan expressed the desire of Armenia to expand trade and economic relations with Egypt.

The parties discussed regional issues and the expansion of cooperation in the areas of economics, tourism, transport, agriculture, ecology and culture.

During the negotiations, agreements on cooperation in the field of economics, agriculture and environmental protection were signed.

President SISI on January 29, 2023 visited Armenia and met with Armenia President Vaagn Khachaturian and Prime Minister Pashinyan.

On March 9, 2023, Cairo was an official visit by ARARAT Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, who discussed the possibility of cooperation in the areas of health, trade and economics with Egypt Foreign Minister Samihipta.
