Former Minister of Internal Affairs of the Nakhchivan AR, Lieutenant General Ahmed Akhmedov, has been arrested, haqqin.az reports with reference to law enforcement agencies.
Let us remind you that earlier information was spread about Akhmedov’s detention and the election of a preventive measure against him in the form of arrest in connection with the misappropriation of funds.
He was relieved of his duties in 2017.
