The hotline 112 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan received information that in the Yasamal region, a man on the balcony of the 13th floor of a multi-storey building was going to commit suicide. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the information, rescuers of the Special Risk Rescue Service were immediately brought to the scene.
After a psychological conversation with a citizen, he changed his mind about committing suicide.
