Sands: in Kremlin do not know about desire of Nabiullina to resign

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that in the Kremlin nothing is known that the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina resigned. Previously, the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk in Facebook reported that Mrs. Nabiullina was resigned, but Russian President Vladimir Putin refused to accept her, writes Kommersant.

“No, we are unknown about this. The president repeatedly gave assessments of the Central Bank,” said Mr. Peskov, answering a journalist’s question.

Elvira Nabiullina’s resignation information later confirmed the Ukrainian edition of the Observer with reference to its sources. According to their data, Ms. Nabiullina in a conversation with the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishoustin said that he would like to leave the post of chapter of the Central Bank.
