Speaker of Armenian Parliament said that between Baku and Yerevan need to establish sincere dialogue

Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Alain Simonyan, speaking at the 143rd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union under the auspices of the Spanish Parliament in Madrid, touched on the results of a tripartite meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in Sochi.

According to the press service of the Armenian Parliament, Simonyan noted that after the change of power in 2018, a number of reforms were initiated in many areas in Armenia. According to him, there is no alternative to democracy in Armenia.

Speaking about the meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Sochi, the speaker of the Armenian Parliament stressed that it discussed ways to stabilize the situation, unlocking transport and communication units, solving humanitarian issues. Simonyan noted the need for a sincere dialogue, in which questions can be solved without the use of force.

On November 26, three-way negotiations of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia were held in Sochi, in which a joint statement was made.
