On December 22, the Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey by Fatih Donmaz.
As reported in the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the meeting was satisfied with the development of Azerbaijani-Turkish relations in all spheres. At the 9th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, held in Ankara in February of this year, the importance of agreed agreements from the point of view of expanding trade and economic ties between the two countries was noted.
Touching the importance of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey in the energy sector, the role of joint transnational projects in the provision of energy security of Europe was emphasized.
was the confidence that discussions and signed documents within the framework of the Azerbaijan-Turkish 1st Energy Forum held in Baku will contribute to the development of cooperation in the energy sector between the two countries in separate areas.
