In Azerbaijan in 2021, consumers acquired Pharmaceutical products and medical products for 952 million manat, reported in the State Committee on Statistics.
According to information, in the total volume of retail turnover in Azerbaijan, revenues from sales of pharmaceutical products and medical facilities amounted to 2.2%. Compared with the indicator of 2020, revenues from sales of pharmaceuticals and medical devices increased by 24.8%, the message is noted.
Such an increase in the sales of pharmaceuticals within Azerbaijan is associated with coronavirus infection COVID-19 and measures of countering infection.
