Almost biblical story in Baku village

The trial in the criminal case of 35-year-old Ramin Isakov, a resident of the Fizulinsky district, accused of attempting to the life of his own brother, was completed.

According to haqqın.az, the incident occurred on the night of July 8 last year in the village of Mashtag, the Sabunchinsky district of Baku. Ramin Isakov had a monetary dispute with his younger brother Rashard – the latter allegedly owed him 770 manatas. Having not received what he desired, the man decided to deal with his brother. And in a very cruel way – throwing a grenade through the window of the last house. However, fortunately, Isakov missed and the grenade bounced off the wall, without injuring anyone and without killing. At the time of the incident, Rashad was in the house with his wife and children.

In his testimony, Isakov indicated that there was a conflict between him and his relatives due to the division of property. In court, he said that he decided on a drunken crime, regrets the deed and at all, does not sometimes control his actions due to injury transferred in childhood. The man, in his own words, took a grenade from a certain “Atash” a few months before the incident and kept at home. Later, the defendant changed his testimony and said that he was not abandoning the grenade, but the same Atash.

The victim Rashard Isakzade said in his testimony that he forgave his brother and had no complaints or claims to him.
