“Austria and the largest Austrian oil company OMV accepted the conditions for paying for Russian gas in rubles.” This was stated by Austria Chancellor Karl Nekammer, reports TASS.
In turn, the Minister of Energy of Austria Leonore Gvessler said that Russian gas supplies to Austria were continued in full and signs of their possible termination are absent.
Recall that earlier today the Russian Gazprom announced the termination of gas supplies to Poland and Bulgaria.
