Azerbaijan bought away from Goldman Sachs a stake in Petlim

Socar subsidiary – Socar Turkiye Enerji has become the owner of 30% of the company Petlim Limancılık Ticaret A.S. This is reported by “Turan” with reference to the company.

Petlim Limancılık Ticaret A. It was created on November 22, 2010 for the construction of the Aegean container terminal Petlim (the current name is SOCAR TERMINAL). At the same time, the owner of 100% share of shares of this company was the Turkish petrochemical complex Petkim Petrokimya Holding.

December 19, 2014 30% of the shares of Petlim Limancılık Ticaret A.S. Goldman Sachs were sold for $ 250 million in parallel, Socar Turkiye Enerji signed a separate agreement on the right to redeeve these shares in 7 years.
