Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry called on Armenia to observe the inviolability of borders and refrain from actions leading to the discharge of tension in the region. This is stated in the report of the foreign policy department distributed on Friday in connection with the latest incidents at the border.
“Proven in the last days of the Armenian side of provocation along the State Granite of Armenia and Azerbaijan, including the wound of the Azerbaijani soldier in the Nakhichevan section of the border, serve the intensity of tension in the region. We call upon Armenia to immediately put an end to provocative actions, abide by the inviolability of borders and refrain from actions, contributing to the discharge of the situation in the region, “the statement says.
