In the Bardinsky District Police Department, information was received about the murder in the village of Mirzajafarly Bulud Farzaliev.
As Haqqin.az said in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, law enforcement officers established that he was shot by his son, previously convicted by Kanan Farzaliev – against the backdrop of a personal conflict in the courtyard of his house.
As a result of operational-search measures, Khanan Farzaliev was detained and transferred to the investigation. He was seized from him a gun “IZH-16”, which he used in the commission of a crime.
In fact, a criminal case has been instituted under article 120 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
