Prime Minister Canada Justin Trudo announced the introduction of sanctions against Russian President Vladimir Putin, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and the head of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov. Ottawa made a disconnect of Russia from SWIFT.
Canada also introduces additional sanctions against Belarus, they will affect 57 physicals.
