Comrade Kim will send North Koreans to rebuild Donbass

About 1000 builders from North Korea may arrive in the Donbass. South Korean edition of Daily NK writes that they can help restore infrastructure.

Earlier in July, the Ambassador of Russia for the DPRK Alexander Maceaura made a similar statement.

“Highly qualified, hardworking and ready to work in the most difficult conditions, Korean builders will become a very serious help in the restoration of destroyed … social, infrastructure and industrial facilities,” the Russian diplomat said in an interview.

As the South Korean publication noted, in July, North Korean companies received an instruction from Pyongyan to be ready to send Donbass controlled by Russia. Experts suggest that the DPRK authorities will first send workers who are already in Russia. And only after they use citizens from the country itself, if Moscow asks for this.

The head of the separatist “DPR” Denis Pushilin said that the “DPR” is conducting negotiations with Pyongyan on the arrival of builders from the DPRK.

So far, the decision to send North Korean workers has not been made due to continuing hostilities. But Pyongyang authorities observe events and plan to send workers at the right time.
