Tehran is ready to be an intermediary in the relationship between Yerevan and Baku, said the adviser to the Supreme Leader of Iran on international issues, the ex-head of the Iranian Ali Akbar Velayati.
According to the Russian media, he noted that among various regions located next to Iran, the Transcaucasia is of particular importance.
“In this regard, in relation to our neighbors (Azerbaijan and Armenia), we show more sensitivity and attention,” stressed Velayati.
