Ex-Minister of Justice of Slovakia supported war in Ukraine and was detained

Former Minister of Justice and ex-chairman of the Supreme Court of Slovakia Stefan Garabin was detained by the police in connection with the support of Russian military operations in Ukraine, Markiza reports.

According to the publication, Garabin at the end of February wrote on his Facebook page: “In connection with the events in Ukraine, I would have acted just like Putin.”

The Slovak police accused him of supporting extremism. The politician was detained, but then released after the testimony.
