In Masally district prosecutor’s office, an investigation is underway on the basis of the materials received that in the village of Sygdash Masallinsky district there was a fact of fake documents on the introduction of I dose of vaccine from coronavirus to certain persons at the moment in Azerbaijan.
According to HaqQin.az in the district prosecutor’s office, during the investigation, reasonable suspicions appeared in the fact that, despite the finding of some residents of the Masalkin village, Sygdash outside Azerbaijan, despite the fact that they were not vaccinated, the Masalinka CRH ZIIFET AGABABEV was forged Documents, allegedly indicative of the introduction of issues I dose Vaccine against COVID-19.
In this regard, a criminal case was initiated in the Masally district prosecutor’s office under articles 308.1 (abuse of official authority) and 313 (official forge) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. Intensive investigative measures are currently continuing to identify persons in one form or another of those who participated in the implementation of the above criminal acts.
