An attacker on Friday attacked a knife for the police officer in the French city of Rambuy (Department of Ivelin) 45 km to the west of Paris. As Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported, the incident occurred at about 14:20 in Paris. According to the agency, the police officer died from the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Her colleagues managed to neutralize the attacker, applying firearms. According to the fire and rescue service, the state of the attacker doctors is assessed as critical. The motives of the criminal are not given.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of France Gerald Darmanne was left for the scene. As he told in his Twitter, the attack was committed in the room of the police commissariat.
